Meet The Builders
I’d like to take a moment to introduce the company. We are IVF Properties, the name I chose after our two brilliant boys; Isaac and Victor Flores. I founded IVF Properties in 2023 and currently build homes in the Corpus Christi area.
We have met many great people along the way that has made this vision come to life. Thanking @gammadesyn for the many months brainstorming my logo and design. @shirtsorskins for making our special shirts in all sizes. @daphnehancockphotography for the beautiful memories. @avant_desyn as my leading architectural designer. @jeromemaldonado1 for the last few years of mentoring and coaching me along the way and the golden education you provide us.
Most of all I want to thank my husband who has supported my ideas all these years and stands by my side. To my personal team, (boots on the ground) that without them, we couldn’t build quality homes where families can thrive.
